Our luxury, three bedroom, two bathroom, pool home is situated on Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course right on Highway 27 close to Orlando.

The house is located in a quiet residential area within this gated community yet only 20 minutes from the major attractions including Disney World and Universal Studios. The attraction to golfers is obvious but there are facilities on the community for all the family including a luxury clubhouse with bar and restaurant, four tennis courts, a community pool and children's play area. There is a full pro golf shop on site.

Property description

The house consists of a large living and dining area with cable television and VCR. One of the sofas converts to a queen size bed for extra sleeping to make the house suitable for eight people. The luxurious full kitchen includes dishwasher, full stove, built in eye level microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and a laundry room off the kitchen. There is full air conditioning in the house and the pool can be heated in winter at an extra cost.

There is one master bedroom with en suite facilities and a second double bedroom with full size bed and fitted closets. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted closets and both have access to the second full guest bathroom with shower and bath. Through the family room (and also from master bedroom) is a large screened deck area with a 30 x 14 pool. All linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. No pets are permitted in the villa.

Set in the rolling hills of Central Florida just 20 minutes from Disney World and the attractions of Kissimmee, the community has fishing lakes and a recreation area and has a Wal-Mart store just outside the security gate. The gorgeous Gulf Coast is 1 hour's drive and the Space Coast just 90 minutes.
