The house is in a quiet residential area on a gated golfing community with a lovely south facing aspect giving sun all day on the pool. Southern Dunes is a golfers paradise but is perfect for a family holiday with all the amenities holidaymakers expect. There is a club house with bar and restaurant for all guests to use, a Pro golf shop, onsite tennis, community pool, (although you have your own at the house) and children's play area. For family fun, the home is within a 20 minute journey of all that Disney has to offer and a little further for Sea World and Universal.

Property description

The house consists of a large living room with cathedral ceiling and a dining area giving access through double doors to the patio and pool. For family comfort after an exhausting day exploring the area or simply relaxing by our own pool, the living room has two comfortable 3 seater sofas, a 32 inch plasma HD cable TV and a DVD player.

The luxurious kitchen includes dishwasher, full stove, built-in eye-level microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle especially for UK visitors to make their tea and a waste disposal unit. A laundry room off the kitchen contains a separate washer and dryer and a door leads to the spacious two car garage.

The property features one master bedroom suite with queen size bed, walk-in closet and cable television with video. The en-suite has walk in shower and the bedroom has large patio doors leading directly to the pool area. The two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with double built-in cupboards, share a full bathroom. Fully air-conditioned, all main rooms have additional ceiling fans.

Directly to the rear of the property, accessible through the family room, is a deck area. This area is screened with a fine insect proof mesh to allow enjoyment without interruption from the local wildlife. This area contains a 30 x 14 pool. A selection of pool furniture completes the outdoor relaxation. There is a BBQ available.

The home also has a two-car garage, air conditioning/heat, and telephone with free local calls. There is a broadband internet connnection to enable guests to connect their laptops via their ethernet cable. For an additional charge the pool can be heated for greater enjoyment. We also provide a cot and high chair if required, without extra charge but bring your own cot sheets. All linens and towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels. Pets are permitted in the villa by request from owner.

•  Eagle Ridge Shopping Mall with J C Penney, Sears and Dillards and many others is around 9 miles south of the house as well as lovely Bok Tower Gardens and the famous Chalet Suzanne restaurant and the town of Winter Haven close by has many shops including Macy's and a large choice of restaurants.
